Training Courses

training coursesWhat?

A more traditional approach to learning for which we have our own unique style. We deliver both theory and practice in a highly stimulating manner whilst respecting participants’ needs and desired outcomes.

Our training courses range from one day to one week or can be spread over a chosen time period, on a group or individual basis and keeping in regular contact with the trainer(s).

Who for?

For individuals or groups interested in personal and professional development through life-long learning.

For people who are motivated to learn, develop and implement new ideas or skills.

For participants who are prepared to look back at previous experience in order to maximise learning, to explore the present and seeking to become more effective and fulfilled in the future.

Benefits of this approach?

  • Participants come away with both practical tools and knowledge that they can implement immediately.

  • They have the time to share and discuss new ideas as well as identify concrete actions to take back into the workplace.

  • If spread over a longer period, or if followed by a post-training workshop, participants can reap the benefits of the more formal training course approach.

Retrospection is an essential part of learning and growing. Extended training programmes enable participants to recognise, monitor and evaluate their progress. They can also adjust their actions over time and draw valid conclusions from their learning.
