Intercultural Readiness Check

Background

The Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) is one of the leading tools for assessing intercultural competences. It was developed by the Dutch company, International Business Improvement, in partnership with one of Europe's leading universities and today more than 25,000 people from all over the world have completed the assessment.

The IRC assesses individuals on four key intercultural competences and through individual feedback and follow up supports individuals in building the competences they need to bridge cultural differences.
