For people addressing intercultural business related issues and seeking an original and interactive approach. The mat is used to generate dialogue, exchange and hence learning.
This is literally a hands-on tool and is used in conjunction with more traditional learning or contrasted with interactive simulations. The facilitator focusses particularly on helping participants work through key issues they are currently facing.
