Who's it for?

Front-line staff encountering customers from different cultures and who work in the hospitality, retail and tourism industries:

hotels, restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, wineries, leisure parks, gift shops and boutiques, department stores, retail multiples etc...

It’s a Pleasure is delivered in both French and English (or entirely in English). Depending on the language level of the participants, we adapt the level of English that we use.
