Methodology
We offer the Culture Active Assessment and Online Database as part of the training programme, an essential tool that participants work with during the training and will have access to for a further 12 months.
To ensure a balance that suits the working styles of any diverse group we offer a variety of working methods:
The learning is memorable and the tools are easily applied.
We take great care to alternate between passive and active exercises to maintain a group dynamic when necessary and to respect the times when a lull is needed in the programme.
The programme extends over a number of weeks or months in order for participants to spend time back in the working environment, to test their new skills and learning.
Participants come back together for each module to share their experiences in situ, exchange best practices, monitor their progress and re-align their communication habits and style.
Evaluation
The evaluation of the results of this course is a continual process. Self-evaluation takes place at the end of each module. Having spent time between modules back in the working environment, participants are able to assess their progress through personal examples and hands-on experience.
We also offer a post-course questionnaire that is sent to all participants at a designated time after the training so that they can undertake their own self-evaluation of both their individual progress and the progress of the team.
