Methodology

This is a confidential, personalised self-development programme which we offer in conjunction with the support and accompaniment of an experienced consultant, licenced in the assessment tool and database.

We combine self-assessment, one-to-one interviews and help develop concrete action in order to identify areas of development and action for individuals to take, in order to develop their intercultural competence in a working environment.

 

Evaluation

We evaluate the results of this programme through a final interview (with or without a second self-assessment) with the consultant after a substantial amount of time has elapsed. 

The individual comments on the progress he/she has made and re-aligns his/her action plan depending on the results of their previous efforts.
