Culture Active one-to-one

• We conduct an initial interview to exchange about your motivation for completing the assessment.

• We also explore your current contact with people from different cultures and how you perceive their own cultural patterns of behaviour and its impact on your work.

• You then receive instructions on how to complete the Culture Active Assessment which takes about 15 minutes to complete on-line.

• Upon completing the questionnaire we conduct a further interview after having communicated the results of the assessment. We discuss your reaction to these and explore the areas of development.

• We introduce you to the Culture Active On-line database which you will have direct access to for twelve months.  We will define with you how best to use the database over the coming weeks or months.

• We explore actions you can take and establish a plan for you to implement over a designated period of time.

Depending on the timescale of the action plane we remain in regular contact with you to montior your progress and results.
