Methodology
We offer the Culture Active Assessment and Online Database as part of the training programme, an essential tool that participants work with during the training and will have access to for a further 12 months.
To ensure a balance that suits the working styles of any diverse group we offer a variety of working methods:
We take great care to alternate between passive and active exercises to maintain a group dynamic when necessary and to respect the times when a lull is needed in the programme.
Throughout this training programme we use a number of stimulating methods from video clips to individual or small group exercises, to case studies and personal experiences, to dilemmas, interactive activities and simulations.
Evaluation
At the end of all our programmes we provide particpants with an evaluation questionnaire.
We also offer a follow-up workshop several months later so that participants can come back together to share their experiences, monitor their progress and evaluate the impact of their training.
Alternatively, we offer a post-course questionnaire that is sent to all participants at a designated time after the training so that they can undertake their own self-evaluation of their progress.
