Methodology

To ensure a balance that suits the working styles of any diverse group, we offer a variety of working methods: small group exchange, plenary discussions, self-assessment tools and solo work, interactive group activities and simulations. 

Throughout the workshop, we use individual or small group exercises, questionnaires, case studies, dilemmas, experiential activities and simulations.

Evaluation

As well as a post-course questionnaire, we offer a self-evaluation questionnaire one to three months after the course in order enabling participants to assess the progress they have made.
