Methodology
This is a confidential, personalised self-development programme which we offer in conjunction with the support and accompaniment of an experienced consultant licenced in the assessment tool.
We combine self-assessment, one-to-on interviews and concrete action in order to identify areas of development and action for individuals to take in order to develop their intercultural competence in a working environment.
Evaluation
We can evaluate the results of this programme through a final interview (with or without a second self-assessment) with the consultant after a substantial amount of time has elapsed. The individual can comment on the progress he/she has made and re-align his/her action plan depending on the results of their previous efforts.
