Methodology

To ensure a balance that suits the working styles of any diverse group, this workshop offers a bit of everything: small group exchange, plenary discussion and presentation, experiential group activities. 

Throughout the workshop use a number of stimulating methods from individual or small group exercises to case studies and personal experiences, dilemmas and interactive simulations.

Evaluation

At the end of all our programmes with we provide particpants with an evaluation questionnaire and as a result of the seminar ask them to reflect on what areas they believe they could develop in the field of intercultural competence.
