This half day workshop is divided into three parts as detailed below :

Topics covered include: 

• An introduction to the subject of cultural diversity in a professional context.
• An exploration of different cultural styles, their impact on us and our work followed by an interactive activity to explore individual styles and cultural make-up.
• Reflection and exchange on how different cultural styles impact on our work, what we are doing and what we can do more of to use cultural diversity for the benefit of all.
