Methodology

To ensure a balance that suits the working styles of any diverse group, we offer a variety of working methods: small group exchange, plenary discussions, self-assessment tools and solo work, interactive group activities and simulations. 

We take great care to alternate between passive and active exercises to maintain a group dynamic when necessary and to respect the times when a lull is needed in the programme.

Evaluation

We evaluate this course at the end of the time spent together to confirm that we have met the objectives of the programme and the participants are satisfied with the short term action and desired results.

We also offer we offer a post-programme questionnaire that is sent to all participants at a designated time after the training so that they can undertake their own self-evaluation of both their individual progress and the progress of the team.
