Cultural diversity has been part of Rebecca Penna’s professional and personal life for over 20 years. In 2007 she began seeking a way to share her knowledge and experience of living and working with people from different cultures. Rebecca went on to create Refervescence, a company which today is dedicated to making sense of cultural diversity.

At Refervescence, our role is to accompany you on a journey throughout which diversity, and in particular cultural diversity, is ever present. Our job is to support you in understanding and dealing with the impact of cultural diversity, either in the workplace or outside. We help you explore your diversity related issues, find the best solutions for you and apply the appropriate actions.
