Refervescence joins the European project INMA

Refervescence has been invited by the Black Swan team at CEEI Provence to participate in the innovative INMA European project as its intercultural expert.

The INMA project involves the creation of the “Innovation Manager”, a brand new working title and position in small to medium sized companies throughout Europe. Each European partner is contributing to the creation of a highly diverse training programme covering five key areas creating both the qualification and profile of the Innovation Manager:

  • Strategic Management
  • People Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • New technologies and communication

The French side of the project is piloted by Black Swan and Refervescence is working closely with a number of other experts to design the content of the People Management programme, a module of 80 hours of blended learning combining an on-line interactive platform with face-to-face presential contact. The module will be rolled out in Spring 2012.

As well as offering a programme that will create a new profile in the SME workplace, INMA's mission is to facilitate the insertion of female graduates into the labour market, where supply is higher than the market's demand and in particular in a field where there is a low representation of women. Once an integral part of the team, their role is to promote innovation within the SME and use it as a main tool to implement sustainability, lifelong learning and be able to adapt to new changes at European level.
